     Short of a conspiracy theory to explain such disease, we are left with unknown vectors, or unobserved contagiousness. A maintenance routine via transdermal stimulus therapy, even for those in the best of health, is probably a useful preventative remedy considering that so much of neoplastic disease is being found to be caused by latent, transmissible virus such as SV40 and EBV.
     Though many of the fears we discuss here are unconfirmed and have yet to be proven, it is our responsibility to report them, even when the chances of real danger may be very low. For example, we once had to warn all users of JWLABS model machines that drug interactions with the therapy may be a threat to their success, and because no data existed, it was only prudent for us to advise that users simply not combine the therapy with drug use, prescription or otherwise, because the extent of the danger was unknown.
     Since that time, users have employed the therapy in combination with virtually every kind of drug, and the consensus appears to be that most are actually enhanced, and seem to work better with electrotherapy. Later it was demonstrated to our satisfaction that even chemotherapy was safe to use in combination with this type of electrotherapy, probably for the reason that electrotherapy does not introduce anything new but actually contributes to electrochemical breakdown of the constituent components of most drugs, making them work better, and assimilate faster.
     But not until cases reported back to this effect for many years did we finally lift the ban on Rife therapy combined with drug therapy of any kind. Again, it was only a precaution, based on logic where no data and no case histories suggested otherwise. The precautionary ban turned out to be wrong. Medical reality does not always correspond to even the best logical conclusions. In fact, medical logic often defies common sense until complex, seemingly illogical mechanisms are understood well enough.
     We should point out that we have been able to learn these things by staying in contact with our users, and in particular when any user reports results that are adverse, or not in keeping with our expectations. Reports come in every day. Only one in 200 or so, come as any surprise anymore, but it is appropriate for us to stay vigilant. This has taught us a great deal about user safety.
     During our first few years, 1987-91, we carefully considered what the long term ramifications of the worldwide dissemination of Rife technologies would be. One of the things we studied was the possibility that it might be harmful in a hidden or unknown way. A simple study of the physics turned us away from radio frequency, or broadcast devices for the reason that safe exposure to radio waves was not well established, and would probably prove too dangerous in the coming decades. This has come to pass. Such devices are easily turned into weapons because of the growing interest in MASER technology. Microwave Amplification by Stimulated Emission of Radiation. A focused MASER, would be a very good death ray. Broadcast devices or "Rife Ray" machines are simpler, low power versions of a similar energy. We decided to have nothing to do with that ugly eventuality.
     Now, microwave bombs, microwave drones, microwave crowd-control technologies, and other frequency based weapons applications already exist.
     Knowing that the only industry that had any vested interest in seeing the Rife technology destroyed, was the drug business, we realized that it would be possible to develop an otherwise inert substance that would cause Rife machine users to die or their conditions to worsen. The drug industry could do it and very well might. So during those years, our most secret-secret studies were in the area of Frequency Activated anti Cancer Technologies, (FACT).
     The principals of FACT are very simple. Introduce a substance that is inert in the body, but will bind with cancer cells. Activate the substance with frequency, so that it will work like a tiny surgeon, and destroy the cells to which they are bound. This principal works, and has been done successfully in experimental environments. (not by us). The first successful experiments were reported several years ago, but as soon as these came out, we knew that FITS would be just around the corner.
     Frequency Induced Terminal Syndrome works on the same principal as FACT, but with one frightening difference. It is designed to kill. Instead of merely attaching to cancer cells, it binds to vital organs, and when the ambient frequency of the environment, the "overcast" is intense enough, it will activate, and cell destruction or neoplasm is affected. This might be un-survivable, un-treatable and virtually impossible to diagnose.
