     It is a good idea for most prospective users to examine as much of JWLABS as you need to, in order to come to a better understanding of Rife technology. This will help in your learning process, and shorten the time it takes to become comfortable with the therapy.     Still here? Okay, let's talk about JWLABS and its role in Rife stewardship. We started with material we were given by our very first customers. In 1986, as today, we were in San Diego California, where the awareness of Rife was highest in the world. We were able to confirm much of this material through John Crane, Rife's partner, who was living in a local suburb. From there we went to the US Department of Defense, who directed us to the Federal Technology Transfer Consortium, where we obtained more data. A few months later, a number of people who knew Rife as neighbors and personal friends gave us still more corroborative information and materials. By the end of our first year, we had amassed 26,000 pages of authentic Rife data, all from unimpeachable sources. Now, 19 years later, we can confirm that all of that data was true.
     You may wonder how it is that we can offer unlimited customer service in this day and age. It isn't because we are so big, or farming out our customer service overseas. 
     The real reason is two fold. First, we know that the machines we make are about 99 percent effective. For this reason, we feel strongly that virtually the only reason that a user would fail, is lack of communication. Thus if we provide good service, almost all of our customers will be successful. The Internet, unfortunately, has a lot of charlatans in every business. The Rife technology is no different. Buyer beware. You can get fleeced pretty quick by scoundrels.      Once you have a good understanding of the technology, you will be able to tell whose machine is the best for you. This is the best way to protect the Rife technology from being destroyed, or buried. Knowledge and understanding lead to success.
