Introduction

It is an essential duty of any business to provide a genuine benefit to the community. This is evidenced by many things. The most fundamental of these are keeping within the law. Taking good care of customers, performing in honest and straightforward ways, giving full disclosure of potential risks, and deriving reasonable profits in the process, as opposed to unreasonable profits, or profiteering. This is basic to avoiding trouble and staying in business. A long history of honest business, with no incidents of unlawful behavior are the hallmarks of the sincere entrepreneur.
Although some Rife devices may be patented, the basic technology is long in the public domain. Big business is not motivated to invest a great deal of money and resources into a venture where their patent rights will be easily circumvented.
In recent years, the approval processes of the FDA have featured a so-called "fast-track". This accelerated process has brought considerable trouble to them, and the producers of the products as well. There is now a list of widely marketed pharmaceuticals which have caused serious harm to a great many people. We have to assume that the reason these problems have arisen, is due to the fact that there can be no fast track in reality. Very little is established about the safety of any product, especially a medical product, until it has been in use for at least a generation. To make assumptions about the safety of a product of this kind through tests that involve a few dozen users, is simply unsound. The Rife technology that JWLABS manufactures has been in use for many decades and enjoys the benefits of millions of users world wide. It is approved in one form or another, in a growing number of countries.
As regards approval in the US, we feel that it is important to seek approval that correctly reflects what the technique can actually do, as opposed to those aspects which can be approved quickly and cheaply. To acquire approval of mere aspects of the technology, would be a disservice to the public, as it would require a certain level of omission, and what amounts to misrepresentation that would be mandatory under the law. This would be a travesty.
Instead, it is our intention to continue with experimentation and observation until it is possible to obtain approval that is better aligned with the truth. We will then pursue approval. Slowly.

From the very beginnings of Rife's work, there were professional jealousy problems. So far ahead was his work, that science could not immediately poke holes in his theories. That took time and research. While science tried to grapple with his advances, they chose to ignore it, rather than admit how far behind him they really were. That in its self represented a form of suppression. At the same time, all of the AMA stock was held by Morris Fishbein, who was on the rampage to obtain or destroy anything he could not exclusively control. He mostly concentrated on the high profile cases.
It is probable that those who might have given Rife a lot more problems, actually did not take him seriously, or could not understand enough of his work to oppose him in any credible fashion. After all, Rife could prove what he was saying, and to disprove him was a very difficult task. Ultimately, they ignored the technology, much as they still do today.
From the evidence that we have, it would appear that Rife's real downfall was the result of patent and copyright infringement, plagiarism, and outright theft. Many of his letters later in life were concerned with his recovery of materials and equipment which he had loaned to those whom he had mistakenly trusted.
Indeed, this is very similar to the problems we at JWLABS have experienced. For some odd reason, promoters of other Rife technology seem to believe that we are not capable of prosecuting plagiarists. This is simply incorrect. In fact, of the many attorneys who are among our users, there are several who will gladly prosecute such cases for free, or for little cost. There are only two important things that give us pause. The first is that we wish to allow those genuinely engaged in the Rife technology to be able to take advantage of our material. The second is that we are unlikely to prosecute those who give us credit for our work and use quotes according to copyright rules. So, we recognize that it is a difficult task to get things right in the beginning, and we will forgive some transgressions provided they are appropriately corrected. But we ask that these not mistake our kindness for weakness. We do have a growing list of violators, whose material we review periodically.
