JWLABS Introduction
This web site is an attempt to put everything we have learned about Rife technology in the last 22 years to practical use. It is entirely for the benefit of our users. We very much want each user to be successful with their JWLABS instrument. Since our entry onto the Internet in 1996, JWLABS has been the main source for clear, logical and genuine Rife related information. It is the place where confusion ends.
There are virtually no failures. We achieve this by providing essentially unlimited customer service for every JWLABS user in good standing. We are always here to answer questions and to suggest safe, effective methods of home remedy for so long as you hold a JWLABS model.
We are manufacturers. As such, we are not doctors. It is not our place to give medical or legal advice. We will share with you the benefits of our experience with many thousands of users in their quest to overcome insurmountable, undiagnosed and otherwise un-treatable problems.
A good portion of these data are empirical in nature. For this reason, it is common for our detractors to accuse us of quackery, which is not a legal term. It is used most often to suggest fraudulent behavior on the part of those practicing medicine without a license. We are not guilty of this.
Fraud is defined as: "... intentional deception resulting in injury to another... It usually consists of a misrepresentation, concealment, or non-disclosure of a material fact, or at least misleading conduct, devices, or contrivance."
Barron's Law Dictionary
Empiric is defined as: " ...relying solely on experience rather than scientific principals. ...a practitioner without proper qualifications and regular training; charlatan; quack."
Webster's
We do not lack science. Many of the principals of the therapy are established, and there exists various approved devices in diverse forms, mostly employing Rife techniques. However, a large portion of the applied therapy is not entirely supported by scientific principals for the reason that said science does not yet exist, and therefore must be established. The foundations of that emerging science are being formed empirically. Experiences provide a head start, and a solid, repeatable set of postulates for scientific theorems to be formulated. Postulates that come to exist by experimentation and observation.
One of the responsibilities we have found falling upon us is related to facts and fallacies of the history as well as the science. Of Internet rhetoric, there are many false and misleading statements made. One of the most often told has to do with suppression of the technology. Today, there is very little overt suppression, in part this seems attributable to the fact that makers have learned to avoid committing so many huge and obvious legal mistakes.
It is now widely assumed that so long as the profile remains very low, and poses no appreciable threat to the drug business, they will substantially ignore it. There are many reasons for this, but one of the most profound of these is the fact that there are so many upper class people who have been relying on their personal Rife instruments. Since there are also many incurable diseases that can only be significantly addressed with the Rife technique, it's place in the home is made safer by these virtues. Fraudulent Rife machines are profiled, by and large, by their technical failures and business style.
We have always operated under certain reasonable assumptions. First, that the technology is "grandfathered". The grandfather clause is defined as: ..."provisions allowing persons in a certain business before the passage of an act regulating that business, to receiving a license or prerogative without meeting all the criteria that new entrants into the field would have to fulfill."
(Barron's)
Although this assumption has not to our knowledge, been tested in court, there is apparently no new regulation in the US pointed directly towards the manufacturing of Rife machines, or the home use thereof.
Another assumption has to do with the public's right to know. Thus litigation against Rife machine makers will bring to light the important value of the technology to public health, and the fact that it has been available continuously for more than 70 years.
Beyond this, it is our responsibility to protect the public from the dangers of bad science in this area, merely by providing a good, safe model, and by telling the truth about it. In this respect, ours is an essential public service.
