      Authorized Sales Representative/Dealer

This category is intended for the user who does not wish to become involved in customer service beyond referrals. The Authorized Sales Rep. operates under an agreement with JWLABS, to refer interested parties to the toll free numbers or to the web site. JWLABS is notified of the persons name and phone number, and if a sale results, the Rep. is compensated at 10% of the retail value.

     Authorized Distributor

This category is intended for those users who are interested in providing customer service to their clients, and who will by agreement, maintain a small inventory of all JWLABS products and accessories.

Distributors seeking exclusive territories must have or obtain a microscope, and begin with at least 200 Model A units and provide their own label. Training at our facility may be required. This training may include an introduction to basic microscopy, theory and practical application of JWLABS Model machine technology.
Distributors purchase their Model machines at substantial discount through JWLABS future contracts.

     Non-authorized distributor/speculator

This category is intended for the speculator who wishes to resell JWLABS Model machines without an exclusive, non-competition agreement. They may sell other competing devices or technology. They may purchase units at a standard discount from a wholesale distributor, and provide full, partial or no customer service. There is no agreement for speculators, and no authorization for advertising or Internet marketing is implied.

In any reseller scenario, it is important that the representative, or distributor are themselves an experienced user of the product. This is not the same as saying that you have to drive a Cadillac to be a sales person for a Cad dealership. That might seem as though the manufacturer is trying to sell cars to it's employees. This is not the purpose for our urging sellers to also be good users. It has to do with credibility but has more to do with the safety of the new user. You would not buy a car from someone who had never even driven a car. In other words, there are things that non users simply will not know, and cannot easily determine. Like the suitability of a new user, the seller  needs some practical experience with the device.
For instance, the normal place to begin is to have the user try the detoxification part of the General Alignment recording. For most people, this is the safest track to start with, but if they have chronic high blood pressure, the tissue therapy track is safer, since the detox track usually raises blood pressure slightly, where the tissue therapy track will lower blood pressure.

How to begin

The more you know about the product, the better equipped you are to help others. As a user, you will be more familiar with the beginners routines, and certain start-up parameters, which will be critical if you are going to allow your prospects to try a machine, before they make a commitment.
So, distributors start out as users, and advance to dealers, and become distributors only when they have the experience to do so with confidence. Users who make errors in the therapy, often become discouraged and will stop using it unless they have good support.
A dealer or distributor needs enough experience to have made a few mistakes in their own therapy, and by so doing, will be able to help those who make errors. By putting the mistake into perspective for them, (so that they do not panic unnecessarily), and to help them understand the error, and walk them patiently through the corrected procedure. It is our practice to periodically call users for the purpose of giving them the guidance and encouragement they often need without realizing it. Users need good confidence in the technology and in the support they receive.
