Wholesale bundles include starter kits (basic accessories). Delivery requires at least 6 weeks, up to a maximum of 12 weeks. Shipping, customs fees etc., are not included. Existing distributors may purchase 5 or more instruments prepaid for future delivery at the maximum discount. Again, expect at least 6 weeks for delivery.
Purchasing units for future delivery is the least expensive way for dealers and distributors to obtain inventory. The factory will produce units at a rapid pace. The more units there are in a production run, the faster they are made, because the order moves up the line in importance to our contractors. The actual time it takes will be delayed only by parts availability. The more units that are made, the more likely parts inventories will be depleted. Different parts take different amounts of time to manufacture. Over time, usually years, it is normal for some parts to drop out, and require replacement. When this happens, small changes to the design may be required. The engineering team is very skilled and innovative, but design changes, depending on how involved they are, will add more lead time to the order.
Such changes sometimes require additional testing, and require more time for final approval. This is to assure quality control. For the moment, no delays of this sort are anticipated. We will report the status of future contracts as necessary.
Distributors will need to prepay for a minimum production run and sign an exclusive territorial agreement, in order to have their own label. The smallest possible production run we can accommodate as of this writing, costs USD $25,000. The distributor would realize a profit to expense ratio of 5:1 at a minimum, and need to sell at least enough units per year to be reasonably profitable.

Future Delivery

Immediate Delivery

We pay shipping (UPS Ground) and taxes on all retail sales, which are for immediate drop ship. (takes 3 to 5 days to process)

Dealers

For Dealers, this is not much of a problem. In order for a dealer to be credible to the new prospective user, they must be users themselves. Beyond that, their referrals are handled by JWLABS as any other retail customer would be. The contract (SRA) is intended to specify the terms and conditions of fees and referrals, and alleviate some of the common mistakes that Reps might make.
Dealers are not expected to have inventory available. JWLABS will drop ship. For the typical retail market speculator, again, we have few requirements. Their involvement in customer service may be limited, according to their availability and resources. The reason we offer this category at all, is the great advantage of having someone locally, who can make it possible for new users to see and to try machines before they purchase.

Over the years we have attempted to offer various options for those who wish to be distributors for JWLABS. This effort has taught us some valuable lessons. We recognize the importance of independent resellers, and as is our policy for all customers, we genuinely try to accommodate their needs.
Potential distributors fall into several categories, and each have their particular requirements, which must be met in order for this business relationship to work well for everyone involved. Dealers are usually small business owners, but cover a range of retail operations from the rural general store, to
high profile clinics in far away lands.

In order for any distribution network to work for JWLABS, pricing and policies must be simply categorized with performance expectations that are appropriate for all representatives at all levels. At the same time, dealers and distributors must be capable of placing units with customers in such a way that none of the quality service provided by JWLABS is lost in the process.
