JWLABS Rife machine distributors and sales representative agreements

Over the years we have attempted to offer various options for those who wish to be distributors for JWLABS. This effort has taught us some valuable lessons. We recognize the importance of independent resellers, and as is our policy for all customers, we genuinely try to accomodate their needs.

Potential distributors fall into several categories, and each have their particular requirements, which must be met in order for this business relationship to work well for everyone involved. Dealers are usually small business owners, but cover a range of retail operations from the rural general store, to high profile clinics in far away lands.

In order for any distribution network to work for JWLABS, pricing and policies must be simply categorized with performance expectations that are appropriate for all representatives at all levels.

At the same time, dealers and distributors must be capable of placing units with customers in such a way that none of the quality service provided by JWLABS is lost in the process.

For Dealers, this is not much of a problem. In order for a dealer to be credible to the new prospective user, they must be users themselves. Beyond that, their referrals are handled by JWLABS as any other retail customer would be. The contract (SRA) is intended to secifiy the terms and conditions of fees and referrals, and alleviate some of the common mistakes that Reps might make. Dealers are not expected to have inventory available. JWLABS will drop ship.

For the typical retail market speculator, again, we have few requirements. Their involvement in customer service may be limited, according to their availability and resources. The reason we offer this category at all, is the great advantage of having someone locally, who can make it possible for new users to see and to try machines before they purchase.

Authorized Sales Representative/Dealer

This category is intended for the user who does not wish to become involved in customer service beyond referrals. The Authorized Sales Rep. operates under an agreement with JWLABS, to refer interested parties to the toll free numbers or to the web site. JWLABS is notified of the persons name and phone number, and if a sale results, the Rep. is compensated at 10% of the retail value.

Authorized Distributor

This category is intended for those users who are interested in providing customer service to their clients, and who will by agreement, maintain a small inventory of all JWLABS products and accessories.

Authorized distributors enjoy the deepest discounts of JWLABS model machines, and are generally practitioners.

Distributors must have or obtain a microscope, at least one Model B, and ten Model A units. Training at our facility may be required. This 3 day training course includes basic dark field microscopy, theory and practical application of JWLABS Model machine technology.

Distributors purchase their Model machines at substantial discount through JWLABS authorized wholesale distributor.

Non-authorized distributor/speculator

This category is intended for the speculator who wishes to resell JWLABS Model machines without an exclusive, non-competition agreement. They may sell other competing devices or technology. They may purchase units at a standard discount from the wholesale distributor, and provide full, partial or no customer service. There is no agreement for spectuators, and no authorization for advertizing or internet marketing is implied.
