      What is copyright? Although not a JWLABS associate, the writer, who is an attorney, has written a concise document that allows lay persons like you and me, to gain a very good working understanding of the meaning and implications of copyright law. Please pay particular attention to the section regarding fair use. This will be especially important to anyone who chooses to use any part of JWLABS material in printed form, or on a web site.

     JWLABS recordings, on CD-ROM and on audio tapes may not be legally copied for any purpose. We do not permit back-up copies to be made. If any JWLABS CD or cassette recording is defective or fails for any reason, we will replace if for free. A shipping charge may apply.

     Wright Laboratories' Rife Application Guide has been copyrighted since 1992. It is republished here as JWLABS Rife Therapy at rifetherapy.com. Full credit is given to all fair use sources, and contributors. We are reasonably sure of all source material, but we will gladly replace any that is in verifiable dispute. The reason this seems necessary, is that some of our unpublished sources may have, knowingly or unknowingly, obtained material improperly.

     In the descriptive text which opens each application, we have occasionally taken specific paragraphs from a variety of medical texts of the period. Some of them go back to the 19th century. There are a few direct quotes, however, in most cases, none of the text is actually copied word for word. We feel it worthwhile to share the sources we used. These are given in the bibliography.
