The purpose of this agreement is to establish that the Customer is solely responsible for the creation and use of device or devices, obtained from JWLABS and that JWLABS acts in good faith as the contractor and agent on behalf of the Customer, performing engineering and other tasks in the creation, invention and manufacturing of Rife type devices. Customer will hold JWLABS harmless of any and all responsibility for damage or personal injury, that may result from the Customers use or misuse of the device.

Customer will include a purchase order for the manufacture of the device, and include with it payment in full in advance. Payment may be made only by check for payment to Wright Laboratories. In no case will Money Orders be accepted.

Customer hereby hires JWLABS for the purpose of acting as the agent of the Customer in the performance of electronic procurement and engineering management. JWLABS can offer no guarantee, either expressed or implied as to the desirability of devices, or the timeliness of delivery. JWLABS therefore is obligated to perform as agent only until money paid is exhausted and used up in expenses during that performance on Customers behalf. In the event that devices cost more than the amount paid, JWLABS may at his sole discretion, require additional funds to fulfill Customer requirements.

The amount paid is payment in full according to an estimate. In most cases, JWLABS will absorb all additional costs beyond what the customer paid originally but it is understood that JWLABS is in no way obligated to do so. JWLABS will not provide an accounting of his costs unless additional unanticipated costs substantially exceed the original amount of the estimate and JWLABS demands additional funds to complete the work.

Customer understands that the device or devices may or may not exist prior to the signing of this agreement, and in the event that it does not, agrees to wait for delivery until it has been manufactured without hope of refund. Customer further understands that the money that is paid to JWLABS to have the device made, is used by JWLABS for that purpose, such as to pay for parts and qualified electronic contractors to perform the work of assembly of the device. In the event that manufacture of the device costs more than the amount paid for the device, JWLABS reserves the right to fulfill the order for the amount Customer originally paid, without any further obligation on the part of either party, and without any modification to this agreement or its interpretation.

Customer agrees that in the event that the Customer chooses to refuse delivery of the device, Customer may do so only prior to delivery, in which case a return of money is possible only when another buyer has been acquired by JWLABS, and the device has been delivered to that buyer. The amount of money that may be returned will be less referral fees if any. Referral fees not to exceed ten percent (10%) of the total Customer paid to JWLABS in the consummation of this agreement. JWLABS reserves the right to withhold the name and all other details of referring party or parties, unless or until a legal dispute is filed in a court of law.

Customer understands and agrees that a refund will occur not less than 30 days after Customer refusal of delivery. In no case will a refund be due after delivery of the device to the Customer, regardless of subsequent events, such as late delivery, defect, or damage in shipping. Refusal of delivery must be in writing, signed by the Customer, at least 5 business days prior to shipment, and cannot be refused by proxy, or anyone else other than the original Customer and signator of this agreement. In the event of a refund, regardless of model, money will be paid to original Customer only, and will not be paid to a trust, an estate, their legal counsel, or their friends or family members.

Customer agrees and understands that in the event of the Customers death or declaration of incompetency, prior to delivery, or at any other time, JWLABS will not be responsible for any refund or rebate in any amount, even if the device is returned to JWLABS in good condition.
