New Customer Service Procedures.

     It has come to our attention that some users forget certain cautions and session protocols. Although these are not common, some errors may occur if long established precautions are not observed. To help avoid problems, we will be giving courtesy calls to all of our known users, during the year.

     New recordings are now available on compact disc.

     The old cassette tapes are now obsolete. We have a complete library of newly recorded Model B sessions for use with Model A, on CD ROM. Replacement of the General Alignment recording is free. Upgrades of your personal library, involves only a nominal fee.
     The new recordings, have been re-mastered digitally, from Model B-27 Version 7. They are more aggressive, more complete, and include recently established frequencies as well as the traditional tried and true, Rife/Crane numbers.
     The new sessions, made from an analog source, are recorded with no data compression, so they are of the same length and layout as the taped versions. CD recordings actually work better than tapes, have far fewer problems, are completely without noise, and may be easily used on your desk top or laptop computer, as well as your personal CD player.  

     New Model A Tutorial on audio CD-ROM is now available.

     In response to customer requests, we have recorded a procedural tutorial for Model A users. This tutorial includes basic operation, cautions, and much more. If you have forgotten our original walk-through for Model A, or just need to refresh your basic skills, you will appreciate this new CD from StayTuned.
     The audio tutorial is available for all registered Model A users for free. It is also included in all new Model A packages. Enjoy.

     On-Line Model A Therapy

      Model A users may now enjoy sessions on-line. The GA recording is accessible directly from the JWLABS Rife Therapy web site. A full library of MP3 files are now available in streaming audio. 

     Here's how it works

     Registered users just call Customer Service to sign up. 1-888-891-1122

     You will have access to the titles of your choice in MP3 format. Just log on to Rife Therapy, go to the application you want, read the material, and click the application. You can select tracks just as you would from your CD player, and get the full length recording. Hundreds of sessions are available. A fast Internet connection is required.
     Each application includes textbook descriptions of the disease, typical expectations, application descriptions, cautions and other references, and of course, the clickable application recording its self. Fabulous convenience, especially if you like to travel.
     Plus, any special instructions that you have been given, any custom recordings we have created for you, will also be available to you on-line. If you like to use an MP3 player, or similar device with your Model A, your custom recordings may also be downloaded.
