     High standards of ethics have always been the tradition at Wright Labs. It is a tradition we choose to uphold. In addition to our unparalleled customer service policies, we replace or repair any failed machine for free, we absorb extra costs not anticipated by the user, and generally provide all the same service as any manufacturing contractor.
     Our first machines were commissions. Customers who know what a Rife machine is, and wish to have one made, contract with us for that purpose. We still do it this way.
     We know that our customers expect nearly 100 percent effectiveness, and we do everything in our power to meet those expectations. One of the ways we do this is to make instruments that exceed what the customer expects. All of our machines have twice the power that Rife used, and are thousands of times more accurate.
     We are located in Southern California. Principal offices moved from San Diego, to Temecula in 2001. Our master wholesale distribution office is still located in Point Loma, mere blocks from Rife's home. We are still a low profile company. The bulk of our business comes by referral and by word of mouth. When you join us as a user, a sales representative, or distributor, it is a long term relationship. Most of our customers intend to be users for the rest of their lives. We fully intend to offer service and support.
     Wright Laboratories was established originally by Ralph Jay Wright in 1931, in Berkeley California. John Wright began using the name again in 1985 and began manufacturing custom Rife instruments in 1987.
     John Wright, aka, JW. Moved from Berkeley to San Diego originally in 1974. An entrepreneur most of his life, John learned his lessons the hard way. "failure is not an option" Mr. Wright is never too busy to speak with customers.

     We have a long tradition of making the best machines in the industry. This is because we spare no expense, and we compromise not in the slightest when it comes to quality. Most failures are due to incorrect diagnosis or application.
     The machines we make are now totally state of the art, and have been economically reduced to practice. Therapy once only achievable with a $10,000 Frequency Instrument, now perfectly reproduced with a simpler device to operate, that costs only a tenth as much. This is a real breakthrough for users, a vast improvement in value. Most $3000 rife machines are only capable of 25% of what JWLABS Model A can do.
     Most unit problem reports are resolved without returning the instrument. We are routinely asked to advise customers as to the appropriateness of the therapy for a given condition. Though we can offer no medical advice, we will have strong opinions about how to do it safely. If we use the optimal, really, the ideal device for this purpose, then there is no reason why nearly all users should not see expected results.
