Very early, we learned that customer service is essential to assure that all of our customers see the results they expect and that those expectations are reasonable and achievable. To establish this standard, it has become customary for us to provide unlimited customer service for so long as it is needed. Our toll free numbers are always answered, seven days a week, during our hours of operation. (9am-9pm pacific time)
Wright Laboratories was established originally by Ralph Jay Wright in 1931, in Berkeley California. John Wright began using the name again in 1985 and began manufacturing custom Rife instruments in 1987.
High standards of ethics and generosity have always been the tradition at Wright Labs. It is a tradition we choose to uphold. We do this in a number of ways. In addition to our unparalleled customer service policies, we replace or repair any failed machine for free, we absorb extra costs not anticipated by the user, we refer customers to users and distributors whenever we feel it will serve them better. We are the only company to do this.
Our first machines were commissions. Customers who know what a Rife machine is, and wish to have one made, contract with us for that purpose. Since the final cost of devices cannot always be known in advance, we pay any extra manufacturing costs not anticipated at the time of the original transaction. In all other contract work, regardless of the industry or product, the user must pay any additional amounts. In some cases, such as when we are in transition from one model to another, or from one set of contractors to another, the cost is twice what the customer paid originally. We pay the difference. No company or contractor we know of does that but JWLABS!
We have a long tradition of making the best machines in the industry. This is because we spare no expense, and we compromise not in the slightest when it comes to quality. We know that our customers expect nearly 100 percent effectiveness, and we do everything in our power to meet those expectations. One of the ways we do this is to make instruments that vastly exceed what the customer expects. All of our machines have twice the power that Rife used, and are thousands of times more accurate. We have always made the original Rife tranducer. That machine was vacuum tube based, controlled and operated manually, with no automatic functions. This is a very expensive way to make machines, but it is also the only authentic way.
We are located in Southern California. Principal offices moved from San Diego, to Temecula in 2001. Our master wholesale distribution office is still located in Point Loma, mere blocks from Rife's home.
We are still a low profile company. The bulk of our business comes by referral and by word of mouth. When we ask you to join us in our endeavor as a user, a sales representative, or distributor, it is a long term relationship. Most of our customers intend to be users for the rest of their lives. We fully intend to be there to give them service.
